‘Tile Effect’ Roof (Welsh Slate Roof)
This tile effect roof gives you the benefit of a traditional extension but costs significantly less than any conventional roof system, and eliminates the need for additional reinforcement. This roof takes the popular ‘Sun lounge’ concept a step further and weighs no more than glass or polycarbonate. The look of a Welsh slate roof without the weight.
"The roof has also been independently verified by Building Control experts as being within the current regulations covering conservatories and porches." Having no need for structural reinforcement also means the roof can be RETROFITTED to any existing conservatory where the homeowner wants the benefits of a solid roof without replacing the entire structure.
