Aluminium Patio Doors
Aluminium patio doors offer several advantages over PVCu patio doors. One advantage of using aluminium is that because aluminium is stronger than PVCu, you are able to have thinner profiles and therefore more glass and less frame. Another key advantage of using aluminium is the ability to have taller and wider panels when compared to PVCu patios. Our aluminium patios come in a range of standard colours, or you may have them coloured in a custom RAL colour.
Smarts Aluminium Patio Doors
Our "Smarts" aluminium patio doors are our most popular patio doors, offering the ability for all the panels to slide rather than the more common single sliding panel. If a 3 panel door is used on a 3 track frame then all 3 panels can slide. Having 3 panels gives approximately a two-thirds opening at a fraction of the price of a bi-folding door. This Three track can also allows for a flyscreen panel. These Smarts patio doors come with up to 6 panels, which can be up to 1.5 metres wide and the patio can be up to 6.4 metres wide.

Smarts Penthouse Patio Doors
If you want a patio that can provide larger panels and a larger maximum width, then the Penthouse Patio is a better choice for you. With a maximum panel width of 2.5 metres wide and a maximum total width of 6.95metres. This patio door is reinforced to have a greater wind resistances and as a result, the penthouse patio can be used in the upper floors of an apartment building, for example. Where as all our other patio doors are recommended for use on the ground floor only.

The smarts range of sliding doors includes a room divider very much a indoors low threshold slim patio meant to be used as an internal room divider. This product is ideally suited for use between lounges and conservatories, or in commercial buildings as say, an office divider.

Monarch Aluminium Patio Doors
Our Monarch aluminium patio doors are also very popular, offering slim profiles, multiple colours and is a tried and tested, solid product that we have been manufacturing for many years. The Monarch aluminium patio doors were for many years asked for by name and considered to be the best aluminium patio door of its time. Because of their reputation we still manufacture many of these doors, however they are more expensive than the Smarts doors and they use the less thermally efficient thermal break technology - which has now been superseded by the newer "polyamide" thermal break technology used in the Smarts system.
