Wooden Sash Windows
For a completely authentic look you can't beat the look of real wood. We have an extensive range of traditional box sash, slide and tilt, spring balance and dummy sash windows all made from high quality, sustainable wood. They come in a variety of finishes including painted and stained using microporous coatings. Traditionally wood windows had a reputation of being high maintenance - but not any more. Using the latest vacuum impregnated preservatives and sprayed applied high-tech coatings we guarantee our paint finish for 8 years and stained finishes for 5 years. To minimise energy use, all our double glazed units use "Softcoat" low energy glass as standard.
Traditional Box With Cords and Weights
- Sliding sash but manufactured with modern materials.

- The sashes are counter balanced in the traditional way with lead weights and modern nylon cord.

Spring Balance
- This window is designed for buildings which do not require or do not have the space for the large traditional box construction.
- New build and refurbishment projects.
- The sashes are counter balanced by precision spring balances.
- Weather seals are standard for better performance and this window can be single glazed although double glazed is the norm.
- Double glazing with a sealed unit (24mm standard).

Flush Fitting Casement Window
- This window design is for buildings which require a simple and easy method for cleaning the glass from the inside.
- New build and refurbishment projects.
- Double glazing with a sealed unit (24mm standard).
- Made to measure (any size, any shape).
- Pictures show configuration as top hung with fully reversible hinges. Side hung and top hung casement on friction hinges also available.
