Our Emperor Concealed Hinge Bi-folding Doors focus on sophisticated style, clean lines and unobstructed views. In keeping with this philosophy the flush-line intermediate handles are recessed into the sash profile. The simple design of the handles mean that they can both be unassembled and painted to match the doors.
For more information about the locks, cylinders and other security features see security.
If your chosen configuration (door style) has a traffic door then it will also have an industry standard Lever-lever handle. These handles are ergonomic, easy to use and allow for quick and easy inside and outside access. They come with a high security superior locking cylinder and operate high security multi-point locking.
Our handles come in a range of colour finishes or can be painted to match the door.
Our Flush-line handles are stylish, clean and contemporary. They are recessed into the sash profile in order to provide an almost flush finish, and result in a really tight stacking bifold door. They are robust and enable you to pull in the doors without the need for additional D-handles. The handles drive heavy duty shoot bolt locking and have a key locking facility.
These handles come in a range of colour finishes or can alternatively be painted to match the door.
Our Emperor Concealed Bifold Door looks clean and stylish, and at first it is not completely obvious why. It is because there are no unsightly hinges breaking up the clean lines of the doors. When closed, the cleverly engineered patented hinges are fully concealed within the door leaf, resulting in a contemporary, clean and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Since the hinges are not visible when the doors are closed they come in black only.
Stainless steel four wheel bogie assemblies, travel on twin stainless steel tracks in order to provide stability and delivering an easy graceful opening action. The bogie wheel assemblies support the full weight of the doors, so no matter the weight they run beautifully. They have a dedicated guide which runs inside the outerframe, providing stability and increased security.
They come in black to match to the hinges.
Buffer magnets are used on door configurations where they are needed to prevent the traffic door handles hitting into the adjacent panel as the door is opened. They are also used to secure the traffic door panel to the adjacent panel, holding them in an open position and keeping them from being taken by the wind.
The buffer magnets come in a range of finishes, but it is not recommended to get them painted to match the door. A wet paint finish is used, which is not as durable as a baked on factory finish and wont last five minutes when applied to a buffer magnet.
