Q: Do you manufacture your own products?
A: Yes. All of our aluminium windows, doors, secondary glazing and roof systems are manufactured in-house at our 60,000 sq ft factory in Essex.

Q: Can homeowners buy directly from you?
A: Yes, but we primarily work with the trade. Homeowners are welcome to order supply-only, or we can recommend trusted local installers from our customer network.

Products

Q: What products do you manufacture?
A: We manufacture Aluminium Bifold Doors, Sliding Doors, Windows, Secondary Glazing, Roof Lanterns, Shopfronts and more. All products are bespoke and made to order.

Q: Are your products energy efficient?
A: Yes. Our systems are designed to meet or exceed current UK building regulations. Many of our products are available with double or triple glazing and can achieve excellent U-values.

Q: Do your products come with a guarantee?
A: Yes. All of our products come with a manufacturer’s guarantee for peace of mind. The length of guarantee is 10 years for frames and hardware.

Q: Can I see your products before ordering?
A: Absolutely. We have a dedicated showroom at our Essex factory where you can view a wide range of our products in person.

A: You can quote via our website online quote engine or by emailing our sales team.

Q: Do you offer trade discounts?
A: Yes. We offer competitive trade pricing and volume discounts. New and returning customers may also qualify for promotional discounts.

Q: Do you deliver nationwide?
A: Yes. We deliver across the UK using our own fleet of vehicles. Collection from our Essex factory is also available.

A: We are a supply-only manufacturer. However, many of our trade customers provide installation services, and we can recommend trusted installers in your area.
