I visited the showroom in search of bi-fold doors. Ken was very knowledgeable and helpful right from the very first email I sent. He spent time explaining the difference between the doors and also gave me time to test the different doors and ask further questions. I came away feeling confident which door would be right for us. This can not be achieved on the Internet. Thanks Ken.

A genuine showroom with knowledgeable sales staff there to guide and advise with NO high pressure sales techniques - in fact no sales push at all. They see the customer as someone to help and support and Gareth can be highly recommended as someone with the time, patience and knowledge to help you make the right cost-effective decision. My daughter also commented on the softness of the toilet paper in the accessible toilet, praise indeed.
