You have replaced the glass without quibble, despite me only raising the issue two years after installation and you have always responded quickly to all of my queries too. Also, your operative who came today, to fit the hew glass, was polite and very professional. I was always happy with the product and service provided when I purchased the doors, this just tops it off. A great product with outstanding customer service to match. I contacted Duration Windows late in the afternoon. Even though it was clear that my call was not going to result the company acquiring any business from me, the lady I spoke to listened to what I had to say and said that she would do her best to help me. She took my e-mail address and said that she would make some enquiries and get back to me the next day with her findings.
Sure enough the next morning at 3 minutes to 8, I received an e-mail from the young lady with the information I needed. I was blown away. This is what I call a gold 5 star service.
