We are a trade customer and have used Duration Windows several times in the past, their service is excellent, although the lead times of late have been a little to long for our liking but other than that first class. As a trade customer we have had a few small issues, which can be expected, but the after sales team were excellent and resolved them very efficiently. its a shame i cant say the same about other companies we use. All in all very good and we will continue to use and recommend Duration

Just a quick mail to say Thank you! Since I raised the issue with the glass in my bi fold doors your levels of customer service has been nothing short of outstanding. You have replaced the glass without quibble, despite me only raising the issue two years after installation and you have always responded quickly to all of my queries too. Also, your operative who came today, to fit the hew glass, was polite and very professional. I was always happy with the product and service provided when I purchased the doors, this just tops it off. A great product with outstanding customer service to match. A very rare combination and one that is much appreciated. Do please share this mail with your colleagues and managers as I am sure it is a team effort.

I contacted Duration Windows late in the afternoon. Even though it was clear that my call was not going to result the company acquiring any business from me, the lady I spoke to listened to what I had to say and said that she would do her best to help me. She took my e-mail address and said that she would make some enquiries and get back to me the next day with her findings.

Sure enough the next morning at 3 minutes to 8, I received an e-mail from the young lady with the information I needed. I was blown away. This is what I call a gold 5 star service.

So appreciative of Lucy's support on a call made into Duration on Monday. I needed a replacement handle for our bifold. Friendly and warm in her support and guidance. Lucy was able to establish the details of our original order and arrange for a new colour coded handle to be ordered, together with a temporary standard handle as an interim measure to ensure our home could be secure. Has kept me updated since on status of both orders. Great customer service; informative and prompt.I can only echo what other reviews have stated, great customer service, Lucy such an asset to her team and company.

Repeat Customer - 20 Years

I’ve dealt with Duration windows on a continued basis for well over 20 years and have always been very happy with the quality of their products. They supply a fantastic range of windows & doors which cater for most tastes. Ken in the showroom has fantastic product knowledge & whenever I need something doing Laura, Mandi & Bill are always there to help.

...I recently purchased some secondary glazing from yourselves after searching the market and realising your profile would be the easiest to fit, the delivery came within the lead time that had been quoted and the product is better than I had expected and even easier to fit on one panel. The glass had been chipped in the manufacturing process so I emailed and asked for a replacement, I was emailed back the same day and again a couple of days later with a delivery date. I could not have wished for a better after sales service (I dealt with Danielle). Duration not only talks about customer service, it delivers and in my opinion as a customer this says it all. I'm yet to see the result of my order (which I'm sure will be good), but her patience and knowledge in explaining all of the details involved in the making of your doors and windows has put my mind at ease in the process of making an investment in your product.
