We have purchased Duration bifold doors for several years now across many new housing sites in East Midlands. We have always installed ourselves. Very few issues over the years but if something after sales is required there is always a no hassle quick solution. Usually a replacement part or glass something like that.

My Duration bifold windows doors were installed in 2013. They have not given any problems until recently when the covers on the external magnets (that hold doors together when open) cracked and fell off. Duration have sent me new magnets and covers at no cost even after 9 years. Highly commendable and speedy service.

Just like to say a big thank you to everyone at duration especially Anna she has been non-stop help from start to finish, this is the 6th set of bifolds I've bought personally for my building firm but I've installed many others over the years for other builders and I have to say the quality of the aluminium bifold doors are exceptional and they always work how they should. Will definitely be buying many more and letting my other builders know where to go.

I am so pleased that we decided to go for the aluminium bi-fold instead of UPVC. The quality difference is quite amazing and we have already had people come round and admire them, even though the room is not finished yet! Just to say we had an extension built to the rear of our house to serve as a dining and garden room. Our architect and his builders recommended that we use your bi-fold doors, three sets to give the best space, light and access to the new room. They were absolutely right...we have moved into the new room and it is an absolute joy. Thank you Duration...the doors are also an engineering treat. We are so pleased we have asked our builder to quote for replacing our nine windows and patio door with your products.

We had no experience of such a product... Ken has been extremely helpful throughout and has assisted and advised through the whole process which has made things very easy for us as a first time customer. The doors arrived ahead of schedule. ...I have just installed the bi-fold aluminium doors from Duration Windows, I am more than a keen DIY'er, I found no problem fixing the frame to the aperture. If it's one thing I've learnt its keep it square, keep it plumb and hey presto what a result! After living with a tarp for a door for 18 months I now feel secure and more importantly impressed with the great looks and style only aluminium gives. I love the Pilkington Active Glass and the integral blinds, everyone is impressed, my daughter is already thinking about where to extend and fit your doors. Great product at a very reasonable price...
