Secondary Glazing: Good Quality
We had 8 Duration luxury tilted subframe secondary glazing installed in June 2019 by a local fitter. We have been very happy with the windows. They are really good quality, well made and met the conditions of our Listed building status. We broke a couple of the catches that had been knocked by our blinds (these catches do seem to be a weak spot), so I called Aftersales today and within 20 mins Becky had found our order, identified the part and phoned me back to take my order. I couldn't ask for better service.

I have recently fitted the two windows I ordered a few weeks ago and I was very impressed with the quality and service you provide. More importantly the customer is over the moon with them. They were fitted in a private lounge of a Tudor period bed and breakfast house which fronts directly onto a road with pubs and eateries nearby, with the subsequent noise from the original very thin and draughty windows - what a difference they make! and good looking too. So impressed are they that they would like to go ahead and order the windows for all the front facing bedrooms windows...

Just thought that I would email you with my comments following the fitting of your secondary glazing system with the stadip acoustic glass! Thanks for all your help with this, and can now report that after fitting they are fantastic. I bought them to solve the problem of living next to a busy main road, and yes the sound insulation is brilliant! I can now watch the cars go past in silence, and more importantly live and sleep in peace and quiet. The rooms with this fitted are now also noticeably warmer than the others, and no condensation problems have occurred. I will be in touch shortly to do the rest of the house.

Very, very pleased with the secondary double glazing unit. Easy and quick to fit in just a few hours and the acoustic glass has made a HUGE difference to the traffic noise. We sealed the edges (and the trim was stuck on with it too over the top), with 'Everbuild' acoustic sealant which we purchased for a few pounds from an online site. We would not hesitate to order from you again. Always plenty of help and advice available from you too which is reassuring when ordering online.

I have recently purchased and fitted secondary glazing with acoustic glass. All I can say is why didn't I do it sooner. The quality of the frames is excellent, fitting is so simple and the noise reduction is 100%. The only thing I can hear is a police siren faintly and I live next to a busy city centre road. Thank you for a hassle free ordering right through to delivery (only 3 weeks after ordering)

Many thanks for the excellent product and service. The SDG units have been installed in a listed building in Tavistock. The planners, my tenants and myself are very pleased.
